Beach cookout

Beach cookout On Wednesday the first of July Ruma waru walked to the beach behind the marist rugby fields to Cook food safely over top of a fire. My group consisted of me, Olive, Summer and Emma but Emma was sick on this day. We went to the beach to light a fire safely and then cook food on it for the William Pike Challenge. We made the fire first by collecting tinder, kindling and firewood. We then put the wood in the log cabin formation. We cooked bacon sandwiches for our main course and cooked bananas with brown sugar and chocolate for our desert. Our parent's help was Tania olives mum.
