Today we went to the Toki Pounamu film festival and my favourite film was The Robbery, which was the first film to come on and one of the best in my opinion. Most of them were pretty silent and even mine had a lot of silence.
The Robbery was a good film because of the effects and editing such as slow motion and when they changed the setting without mistakes. The Robbery had a good plot and wasn't hard to follow. The sound quality was alright and they spoke clearly so we could hear them.
The bad thing about The Robbery was that in one part it just switched without explanation. I got confused the first time I watched it, but other than that it was the best film in my opinion.
I believe that all the films were great except that a couple were hard to understand but other than that all of them were good. My second favourite would have been mine but I didn't think it would be fair to review my own movie.
Next year i think they should give other people that didn't do one of the films a say to choose what films are going to be shown and maybe include a couple more films to be shown.
