lake daniells

On Wednesday the 12 of June rooms one and eight went on the Lake Daniells tramp. When we all got to school we talked about the risks of hypothermia with the adults and what could happen. Room one and eight got split into groups for the cars, the car ride took one hour and 30 minutes to get there and Jack and Ethan were in my car but Ethan was sick. At the carpark we got given numbers in case we went down the wrong track. One hour in the tramp we stopped and had something to eat by a tree. When we got to the lake we went on the wharf and ate lunch. When we went back me Nathan Nathan and Tyler were pretending that we saw bigfoot and we made an association called the bfa for short which stands for big foot association. On the way back we went straight through reefton while i was sleeping and stopped at kaiata park to get dinner at my dads work and we showed jack around the trucks. After we had got dinner we drove back to the school. It was around 6:30 when we got back to the school. I think it was a good experience and I would recommend the walk for anyone from the ages of nine and over.
